GROHE 46374000 is a 35mm SilkMove ceramic lever cartridge used to control mixed water flow and temperature in selected GROHE single-lever basin mixers, bidet mixers, kitchen and sink mixers, bath mixers and shower mixers. It uses a ceramic sealing system and incorporates temperature limiting and adjustable flow-rate limiting functions.
The 46374000 cartridge is also referenced as 43.374. This should be treated as an alternative reference rather than a confirmed superseded part number. Earlier versions of the cartridge have been recorded with a green and beige appearance, so colour alone should not be used to identify the correct cartridge.

Take particular care with GROHE Europlus 33155. The verified 33155 spares page uses 46374000, while a separate 33155000 spares page is associated with the older 46048000 cartridge. These model references should not be treated as interchangeable.
Likewise, the legacy Eurosmart 32925 reference should not be automatically changed to 32925001 without separate evidence for the exact mixer being serviced.
