Very fast.

Thancks"

"brilliant service, customer service like this doesnt exist much nowadays, extremly helpful, and product found, ordered and fitted in 18 hours from start to finish 10/10"

"What a refreshing change to deal with a company with such outstanding customer service and quality products!

I needed a replacement valve for a shower and was really at a loss which one to buy due to the enormous amount of brands, types and sizes on offer until I found this company. I emailed them a picture (Very easy process!) and within minutes they called me to advise which one I needed. It arrived in the post the very next morning.

I am a great believer in you get what you pay for. Beware other companies offering cheaper lower quality versions, deal with Di Vapor, you won`t regret it!"

"Excellent service, helpful staff. Five stars 😊"

"Excellent service the part for my shower door was easy to find and arrived within 48 hours."

"After spending a full day driving round various plumbers mer hands looking for a specific tap gland with no luck I stumbled across DiVapor on a Google search.
After emailing them with a picture of the gland I wanted and measurements of said gland they got back to me within a couple hours with a matching gland.
Couldn't be happier, awesome customer service and speedy delivery.
I won't go anywhere else for tap and shower spare parts now. "

"Sent picture of crosswater shower valve and customer service identified it spot on, fitted thermostat and works great. Thankyou...."

"Just got off the phone with Dan after placing an order for an out of stock item, which looks great and I had to write a quick review for the unbelievably amazing service. These people care! You can see the attention to detail in the design-a foot shape cast in to the plug! Not just that though; Dan phoned the warehouse before taking an order, to check the back in stock date he had before calling back. Just service far in excess of expectation for a smaller item. Many thanks, much appreciation!!"

"We just received the part today and have not installed it yet. There was a problem with our order and never received our product. Upon contacting customer service (Dan), without question, they immediately dispatched a replacement part, which was received in a timely manner. Their customer service is great. I appreciated that there was no hassle when I needed a replacement sent."

"Excellent helpful service, arrived promptly and was exactly what my shower needed."

I cannot fault Di Vapor for their service with regards to suppling a replacement pump due to the first one being delivered damaged
Customer service had the new pump processed the next day (five star) after my contact with them and delivered the following day "

"As a plumber who does bathroom repairs, I sent days/weeks trying to find a plumbing/bathroom shop to help identify shower cartridges. I spent hundreds buying and returning wrong parts. Di Vapor identified the cartridges within mins via WhatsApp and was correct first time and every time! Great service and would never use anyone else! "

"Excellent product- super communication from Dan and delivery spot on.

I would make one comment - make sure you have a large hot water tank of at least 160 ltrs. This still a much better choice than some of the walk in baths I have seen.

thanks very much - delighted customer"

"Dealt with David Daniel and received excellent service throughout. Goods arrived on time and in perfect condition. Would definitely use again and recommend to potential customers. The two showers I repaired are now working perfectly."

"After searching the Internet trying to find a matching shower door seal, Di Vapor was the only site that I could get the shower seal I needed. Got to say it\'s identical to my old one that I damaged, great product and fantastic packaging, will defiantly use again if needed and would recommend.

Many thanks again"

"Very satisfied with your speedy service, especially as the original manufacturer informed me these parts were not available any more. Will use you again as first call if I need further parts. THANK YOU!!"

"Good price and delivery time. Product exactly as described. Simple, non original replacement and works well. Thanks"

"Initial enquiry by email not picked up but on leaving telephone message Dan responded quickly & was able to arrange for the part required to be delivered within a couple of days. Excellent service by Dan."

"Extremely impressed with the quality of customer service. The original replacement cartridge proved to be incorrect, through no fault of DiVapor. The issue was resolved quickly with the minimum of fuss. The replacement cartridge was dispatched prior to the incorrect cartridge being returned which was appreciated as it allowed me to switch out the parts with minimum disruption. In particular I would like to commend the representative I dealt with, Gareth, for his knowledge and quality of service received. Thank you"

"Excellent service. Ordered on the 1st September delivered on the 2nd. I have now fitted it and my shower is working perfectly"

"Customer service was excellent from initial inquiry right through to delivery and technical help during assembly. Minor glitches were ironed out right away. Communication was easy and informal while retaining a business like feel. But best of all.....we just love our steam shower!"

"I am extremely impressed with Di Vapor and the whole purchasing process. I contacted Dan by email and had a response very quickly explaining everything I needed to know. I was very wary of purchasing another steam shower as I have had three previous ones from different companies, which all had faults and had to be removed. My Di Vapor shower came within 48 hours and was installed in a few hours, no leaks, and it looks amazing. All the functions on the Cascade work well and both my son and I are very impressed. All communications with Dan were responded to promptly and I would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone interested in purchasing a steam shower."

"Just a quick note to say that the shower unit is great, we have used nearly every function now and it certainly is the envy of our friends and neighbours! I think you could start a trend!! Overall we are very pleased with the unit and would recommend your company to anyone that was considering a unit from yourselves. Thanks again!"

"Great service and a great addition to our bathroom. Speedy delivery from time of order. Thanks to customer services team for answers to some newbie questions, much appreciated."

"Received the shower wheels for the curved doors. Arrived and fitted before their estimated arrival date. The original ones were made of plastic the DI VAPOR ones are all metal and far stronger and superior"

"Would just like to say a great big thank you to Dan for all his help. Very impressed with the shower, we love it (our plumber was also very impressed as he thought the instructions were very easy to follow) if you are thinking of this type of shower do not hesitate in buying from DI VAPOR, very professional outfit. Very happy customer.

"A good product, exactly what I needed at a decent price and delivered in a timely manner"

"I was very impressed with the Geneva (S-DV015) steam shower, it was much cheaper than those with similar features elsewhere. Dan has always been helpful when contacted and given a quick response, whether that was advice or sending parts. All my familiy love the steam shower and like its many features. Thanks again Di Vapor.
regards,
Paul Henley"

"First class service, would certainly recommend. Delivered on time and well pleased with my order. Five star."

"Superservice!

I had horrendous limescale problems with my Hudson Reed mixer valve of 9 years. It had to be replaced four times. (Hudson Reed, of course, denied all responsibility!) When I discovered that Di Vapor offered a ceramic replacement, I checked the specs online with a very efficient representative at 6pm and the order arrived the next day! I didn\'t even know that was possible! It was really easy to install, and is as smooth as silk. I am very pleased. I highly recommend this company."

"I am absolutely delighted with my sauna. I spent some time researching different manufacturers and suppliers, but have to say I made a great choice. Di Vapor were extremely helpful, the website is very informative and surprisingly accurate, and Dan was a great help. However, the product far exceeds the build quality I was expecting, it's a lot of value for the money - beautifully built, easy to assemble and a delight to use. I use the sauna regularly, 30 minutes most days, it's become my chill out zone, the electricity bill hasn't increased at all, and I feel great as a result of using it often. Sweating starts after about 5-10 minutes and after that the sweat generated is copious! All in all, much, much better than I expected. Thank you."

"The unit itself is working well and is as good as we'd hoped (we had high expectations!). Price was very competitive against other options we had looked at.

The customer service was always prompt and responsive, dealing with any questions/problems that arose quickly. Only slight issue we encountered was where the instructions had not been fully updated for updates to the design, but these were easily dealt with via the technical support team."

"After trying another well known company who, as I understand it took over the original shower manufacturer, I got precisely nowhere with them professing to have no knowledge of the product in question.

As soon as I contacted Di Vapor I got the immediate impression that this was a company who appeared to know what they were doing and they identified what I needed more or less straight away. I ordered the product which arrived the next day and lo and behold the shower now works and I have a very happy wife. I ordered another cartridge which again arrived the next day.

In summary first class service, very knowledgeable staff and I have no hesitation in recommending this company."

"In an environment of increasingly poor customer service, the team at Di Vapor have been nothing short of outstanding. Not only is the product great, but the overall responsiveness to even the slightest question was exemplary. At one point, a representative was responding to my emails from his holidays! I will be strongly recommending Di Vapor to all my friends and family. Thank you for an outstanding overall experience!"

"Quick service and quality product very happy with the recent purchase"

"From ordering to delivery of this product it has been first class including the storage of the cabin while we were in preparation to receiving it. Di Vapor have been excellent to deal with and have great after sales also."

"The whole purchase was great. So happy to receive next day delivery of the rollers I needed for my shower door which had been coming down. Site was great and was so easy to find the part I needed and I am a 70 year old pensioner. Definitely 5 stars."

"I am please i have found DI VAPOR Web site and i had two plumbers came round ,both told me cant get parts no more.I did the job for first time and now working good now.I will use DI VAPOR AGAIN and thank you for the service."

"Our shower was delivered promptly as requested. We had a slight problem with the mirror on the cabin, but Di Vapor solved this matter for us Free of Charge by return. All in all - an excellent service! "

"Buying experience was excellent, the unit arrived within a week. However, just as importantly it was well packaged with critical items such as the glass being well packed. All in all a good service and I would have no hesitation in ordering from Di Vapor again. "

"Excellent service - I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and your products to my friends and collegues. Delivery was executed on time with the minimum of fuss, with very good customer service. Thank you very much! "

"What brilliant service. The technical support was great, the price was the best in the market place and delivery was in twenty four hours! What more can you ask? Thank you very much Di Vapor, I will definitely use you again."

"An easy and pleasant experience. Good communications before I placed the order, answered all my technical questions by email promptly. This gave me the confidence to order online from a supplier I had not used before."

"Delighted with everything - I love my new shower!"

"Purchased from the Ideal Show, Birmingham NEC. Excellent service with a quick delivery. It is the best impulse buy that I've ever made!"

"Ordered via telephone after first looking on web to ensure design would meet the limited dimensions of the bathroom. Installation was quite easy, although the need to have two people to install was unfortunate but very necessary."

"Our steam shower was delivered on day as arranged. We ordered on line. The shower was incredibly well packaged to avoid any damage. When we needed a spare part some months later, it was sent out free of charge and quickly delivered. "

"I contacted Di Vapor via Whatsapp with photos of an unidentified shower cartridge. I was at my wit's end because it seemed like my concealed shower unit would need to ripped out and replaced as I was unable to source a replacement thermostatic cartridge for my existing unit. Not only did they successfully identify it, they supplied one the NEXT DAY (and with a healthy discount). WHAT A great SERVICE! "

"Buying experience was excellent, with the only minor problem being with the installation. The hot and cold pipe colours were mixed up, with the hot connected to the cold and vice versa."

"I bought my steam shower online and was nervous because I had not actually seen the product or ever paid for something without really knowing anything about the company. There was a long delivery date but the shower was delivered when stated and all calls to Di Vapor were responded to quickly. "

"Absolutely 101% company .Ordered parts at 2pm Friday and delivered 1130am Saturday by postman.Easy to follow website and ordering a doddle. "

"Excellent customer service and when I did experience a problem, it was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend the saunas!"

"Excellent service provided. Very helpful and the product value is truly excellent. Very well recommended to others! "

"Staff were very helpful and helped me work within a very small space - Nice steam shower."

"Thank you for the help you gave me when ordering the cartridge.the cartridge has now been fitted and is working fine, although it was 1.5 mm long on the 30mm length l did manage to fit it . Other firms that I contacted could not bother to try to help me even the maker of the shower could not even bother to help me.thanks again to Di Vapor. Pete Mitchell. York."

"Hassle free. "Does exactly what it says on the tin" No problems whatsoever."

"Very easy to order, buy and deliver. I would highly recommend Di Vapor! "

"Problem with damaged section which was resolved in an expedient manner."

"We chose Di Vapor primarily because we had very specific requirements for a clear panel unit of certain sizing and door position. The unit we chose fitted these needs perfectly at a reasonable price. We have been delighted with the product and service we received. "

"The buyer experience and customer service was good, with a speedy delivery service. The product has a nice look and feel, with simple controls. The steam on / off has been tempermental. "

"Having no knowledge of steam showers I phoned and emailed "Dan" on several occasions and he was always helpful and knowledgable. He advised us on the best product for our requirements and the shower is beautiful. "

"I saw this unit at an exhibition in Birmingham and everything came as explained. I was quite impressed with the quality I saw, so I ordered it. "

"Excellent customer service and technical advice from the Di Vapor team."

"I ordered over the phone and the people I spoke to were helpful and merry. On installation, the handle kept falling off. I lost the manual and phoned the company to have help solving the problem. They duly provided a replacement with no problems."

"We are very happy with our purchase and received helpful information and guidance from Di Vapor's customer service and sales representatives. Overall, we are pleased that we bought our steam cabin from Di Vapor."

"I would definitely recommend Di Vapor both for the quality of their products and for their excellent customer service. They were always on hand to deal with our queries in a professional and friendly manner. The steam cabin shower with Jacuzzi bath was definitely the best value product on the market, as I researched thoroughly before purchase. The Di Vapor oils package is a wonderful treat and again excellent quality. I am now celebrating my 3rd year with the wonderful steam shower - my little oasis at home, which my family and friends always comment on."

"Very good service indeed - you can't fault their knowledge. Both advice on buying and technical installation were spot on. Well packaged and designed as large pieces for easy installation. Thoroughly recommended."

"Unfortunately during my transit, the shower tray in my cabin was damaged. However, Di Vapor were able to handle a matter that wasn't entirely their fault, very quickly indeed. I received a replacement tray promptly, whilst the damaged tray was taken away within just a few days. Accidents do happen, but how they are rectified is very important. A class above - I would highly recommend Di Vapor to anyone. Thank you :)"

"I'm very happy with this sauna. I am experiencing some problems with the radio signal, but I think this is my general area as I never get good FM radio signal. A excellent quality product with top quality finish. Easy to use and quick to get going. Efficient delivery options where I was able to choose a date that suited me."

"I found the product via the search engine Google and conducted research on many different models that fitted within my size requirements. I carried out research on what I should buy, based on user reviews. The item came quickly and well packaged. On inspection, the handheld shower hose was damaged - easily rectified quickly by Di Vapor and replaced without fuss. The shower has worked well from the off, and is relatively simply to use. "

I have been struggling with this discontinued shower for years. "This is the third steam shower I have installed and it is the best on so many count, the service is first class and a pleasure to deal with the team, the quality is up there with the best and to build could not be easier, I spent one day removing the old shower, rerouting all the plumbing and making good the floor and tiling, the second part day was assembling installing and having a shower, simple as that, no real skills needed, basic tools and a little common sense, easy on your own no need for two, so all in all a great purchase, just take your time, seal all the joints before tightening, use a top grade sealant and you will have a first class steam shower and the knowledge you have the backing of a great team should you need them.

I special thanks to Dan who I dealt with, plus thanks to the whole team at Di Vapor. "

"many thanks, correct part, super delivery "

"I was so happy to find your website and the thermostatic cartridge I was looking for after coming up empty in the U.S. We had recently bought our home to find out the temperature was stuck in our very nice shower setup. We grew very frustrated at not finding the correct part to fix our shower until we found your website. The drawing with the exact dimensions was very helpful as well as the description of the product. Having never ordered anything from overseas I was pleasantly surprised that the part arrived a total of 8 days after ordering, going from England to the western US. Thanks again"

"An excellent quality product, at a very fair price, and very speedy delivery. Well Done. I would certainly use you again."

I will definitely use you again for all my bathroom / shower spares."

"Your prompt personal service by David, and follow-up was excellent, and the website was well done and easy to find. I would recommend you to local plumbing stores or outlets, because the company that furnished this Faucet was local, and went out of business. There must be many others with need for these parts here. None of the top plumbing suppliers in all of Montreal and area had the part."

"Total satisfaction. I had a lot of questions before during and after installation. All were answered in the most helpful manner. The Crescent itself: magnificent!"

"I'm only too happy to oblige with a comment. The first thing that impressed me with the DiVapor organisation was the web site. This was well laid out, easy to follow and contained a wealth of medical and technical details on the benefits of your products. In particular I appreciated the information on the health benefits of including a steam unit within a shower. Ordering was simplicity itself with the goods arriving at the agreed time and for the agreed price. The assembly instructions were easy to follow and allowed for the unit to be assembled and placed in position all within one afternoon's work.

We now enjoy not only a safe environment in which to shower, but we have the benefit of a hand shower, overhead monsoon shower, needle massage water jets and a foot massager/washer. With, of course all the benefits to health from the steam generator. So impressed was my son with this unit that he is now actively considering purchasing the same or a similar unit from yourselves for his own house.

Keep up the good work!"

"I have to say that from placing my order and being kept up to date with progress, to delivery, has been conducted in a no nonsense and very professional manner and is a credit to yourself as well as your company.

An outstanding service and something to be proud of.

Many Thanks,
Steve Coates."

"Very good product. No problems at all - bent over backwards to help! Thankyou."

"Thank you for giving me the opportunity to provide a feed back on the purchase of the Geneva Steam Shower. When I decided to opt for your company it was after many weeks of looking at your products on the web, contacting you regarding what size which would best suit my requirements and most of all would you deliver.

I had the misfortune to have ordered a steam shower from another Internet company which went into receivership leaving me with no shower and the prospects of loosing my money, but I have to say that you passed all the tests and promptly delivered my shower as promised, even when I contacted you to say that my oils had not arrived you dispatched a new set without question. Overall I have to say that I am very delighted with Di Vapor and the product is excellent. I would gladly recommend your products to anyone considering the purchase of a steam shower. I will be contacting you shortly to purchase new oils for the unit.

Best wishes, William McGuire "

"We would just like to thank everyone at DI VAPOR for their help and assistance when we purchased our Onega Steam Room. We love being able to have a shower downstairs and have installed it next to our infra red sauna. Luxury to say the least. Your technical advice was great and the after sales service was second to none. We would recommend your Company and products to anyone.

C & K Morgan"

"Polite helpful staff, with excellent product quality.

Thanks again,
Mr T Reid"

"We are very pleased with our Caspian Steam Shower and were pleasantly surprised with the level of after care service we received when one of the control units went faulty.
We would certainly recommend Di-Vapor to anyone looking for quality products and reliable aftercare.

Mike Penney-Cousins"

"I would like to take the opportunity to say thank you for the excellent customer communications through out the whole process of buying the steam shower and afterwards.

The shower is of high quality and the customer service has been impeccable when ever I had a slight problem with the shower I would e-mail you and, you would and do respond immediately with advice and guidance. For example one of the rollers snapped and you sent out replacements immediately and I am able to continue to enjoy your high quality products. I would always encourage friends and family to purchase from you.

Many thanks"

"Overall service was very good, along with good product quality.

Thankyou"

"The unit works well does what it is supposed to. I have enjoyed it for over a year now and use as a steam unit and a shower.

I have had no leakage issues or problems."

"Excellent. No problems. Ensure you've flushed new pipework before turning your water on to remove all debris. Other than that, excellent."
