GROHE 47765000 is a threaded retaining ring for the thermostatic cartridge assembly in selected GROHE shower mixers, bath/shower mixers, concealed thermostatic valves and F-Digital mixing units.
Also described as a screw ring, it secures the thermostatic cartridge within its housing. It is a mechanical retaining component, separate from the cartridge that regulates temperature and the components that control water flow or outlet selection.

Check the complete mixer model, installation generation and existing retaining-ring arrangement before ordering. A shared GROHE range name or similar-looking cartridge does not establish that the same retaining ring is required. Different mixers using 47765000 can have different thermostatic cartridges, so identify any additional cartridge separately.
Inspect the associated O-ring, cartridge seating and retaining threads when servicing the assembly. Persistent dripping from a shower head or spout after shut-off may involve the flow-control or diverter components rather than the retaining ring.
For finishing sets and complete shower sets, the retaining ring belongs to the specified concealed mixing body, not the external trim or shower head.
In the following F-Digital systems, 47765000 is used within the hydraulic mixing unit. It is not a component of the wireless controller itself.
These are separate, model-specific service items, not a repair kit. Select the appropriate component for the exact mixer and control arrangement; the cartridge options must not be treated as interchangeable merely because the same retaining ring is used.
Isolate the hot and cold water supplies before opening the mixer. Follow the maintenance instructions for the exact valve, preserve the correct cartridge and control-ring orientation, and readjust the temperature setting after thermostatic cartridge maintenance. F-Digital systems also require the relevant electrical isolation and system-specific servicing procedure.
For help identifying the correct retaining ring or associated cartridge, send the mixer model code and clear photographs of the existing assembly through the Di Vapor part identification service.
