GROHE 36273000 Euroeco Cosmopolitan E Mains-Powered Infra-Red Wall Basin Tap without Mixing Device - Chrome
GROHE 36273000 Euroeco Cosmopolitan E is a chrome wall-mounted infra-red electronic basin tap final-installation set for cold or premixed water. It incorporates the visible spout and escutcheon and operates through a mains transformer. The tap has no integrated mixing device and requires a separate concealed mounting box.
The infra-red sensor provides touch-free operation, with bidirectional communication for monitoring, configuration and servicing. Seven pre-set programmes provide automatic flushing, thermal disinfection and cleaning-mode functions. Cleaning mode temporarily disables water flow, while an optional remote control provides additional settings.

Troubleshooting and Servicing
Isolate the water and disconnect the electrical supply before opening the assembly or servicing components. Flush the pipework before and after installation, then check for leaks and correct operation. Keep electrical connectors protected from water.
- - Symptom: reduced flow / Likely Cause: a dirty outlet insert or blocked filters / Solution: inspect and clean the affected components, replacing them only where necessary
- - Symptom: no water flow / Likely Cause: a blocked solenoid filter, faulty solenoid or disconnected plug-in connector / Solution: check the filter and connection before replacing the valve
- - Symptom: water flows without demand / Likely Cause: excessive sensor range, an active automatic flush or a faulty solenoid / Solution: check the settings and flushing cycle before diagnosing a valve fault
