***IMPORTANT*** This is the REVERSE version of the cartridge for valves that have the hot and cold feeds reversed.

Grohe 47186000 is a 3/4 Inch reverse TurboStat thermostatic cartridge used for temperature control in selected Grohtherm, THM, Tenso, Grandera, Allure and concealed thermostatic shower systems. This is specifically the reverse-waterways version for installations where the cold supply is on the left and the hot supply is on the right.

The cartridge uses GROHE TurboStat technology with a wax thermoelement to regulate the mixed-water temperature. When selecting Grohe spare parts for these valves, check the actual hot and cold supply orientation rather than relying on cartridge appearance alone, as the standard-waterways cartridge is a different part.
