GROHE 47379000 is a 3/4 inch thermostatic cartridge thermoelement for selected GROHE thermostatic shower and bath/shower valves configured with reverse supplies. It regulates mixed-water temperature using a wax thermostatic element and is intended for installations where the hot supply is on the right and the cold supply is on the left.
This is the reverse-supply cartridge and should not be selected simply because another GROHE cartridge is also 3/4 inch. Check the existing cartridge code and supply orientation before ordering. GROHE 47310000 is the standard-supply 3/4 inch thermoelement and is not a verified supersession for 47379000.
