Hansgrohe 96364000 O-ring set for the control-handle escutcheon assemblies of selected Hansgrohe and AXOR 3-hole basin and bidet mixers. This is a sealing component, not a complete cartridge or stop-valve assembly.
The O-ring fits beneath the individual control-handle escutcheon, above the stop-valve fixing components. It seals this part of the assembly and is separate from the ceramic shut-off cartridge that controls water flow.

Check the complete mixer article number, production period and original seal position before ordering. These mixers contain several different O-rings, so do not select a seal from diameter alone. Isolate the hot and cold water supplies before dismantling the mixer, clean the sealing surfaces and take care not to twist or damage the new O-ring during fitting.
