Hansgrohe 97357000 Stop Valve

Summary

Hansgrohe 97357000 Complete Stop Valve Assembly for 3-Hole Basin and Bidet Mixers

The Hansgrohe 97357000 is a complete stop-valve assembly used inside selected Hansgrohe and AXOR 3-hole basin mixers and selected 3-hole bidet mixers. It forms the concealed valve body beneath an individual water control and works with the ceramic shut-off cartridge specified for the exact mixer model and construction period.

The assembly supports water-flow control and positive shut-off. Different mixers fitted with 97357000 use different quarter-turn or half-turn cartridges, so the mixer article number, production date and cartridge operating direction must be confirmed before ordering associated parts.

Technical Details

Common Fault Symptoms

• Water continues to drip from the tap spout after the control is turned off.
• The control handle feels stiff, rough or inconsistent.
• The water does not shut off fully.
• Flow through one side of the mixer is restricted or difficult to control.

Pre-Order Checks

Check the complete mixer article number, finish code and construction period. Confirm whether the installed cartridge is clockwise-opening, anti-clockwise-opening, clockwise-closing or anti-clockwise-closing. Do not select a cartridge from its 1/2 inch connection or partial measurements alone.
