The Hansgrohe 94141000 is the thermostatic cartridge for Ecostat 2001 thermostatic shower valves and exposed bath/shower mixer valves. This temperature-control cartridge is used to regulate and stabilise the mixed water temperature inside the valve and is the correct cartridge to check when the shower no longer blends hot and cold water properly.
This is the thermostat cartridge, not the shut-off cartridge, flow control cartridge or diverter selector.

Installation Note
