The Hansgrohe 94103000 is a diverter selector assembly used in selected Hansgrohe and AXOR bath/shower mixers. It changes the mixed-water supply between the bath spout and the shower outlet.

The selector is mechanically operated by the external diverter control. On documented automatic-return bath mixers, pulling the control directs water to the shower outlet, and the mixer returns to bath-spout operation after the water is shut off.
