The Dornbracht 9090031420090 is a clockwise-open flow cartridge assembly for selected Dornbracht hot-side wall valves and volume controls. It is the later service assembly supplied in place of the older cartridge-only code 0490031420090.
This cartridge assembly controls water flow on the hot side of the valve. A worn cartridge can cause poor shut-off, stiffness, or water dripping from the outlet when the valve is turned off.
