Ultra SA30047 Override Button and Thermostat Shroud for Thermostatic Shower Valves
The Ultra SA30047 is a chrome override button and thermostat shroud housing used on selected Ultra and Hudson Reed thermostatic shower valves. It forms part of the external temperature-control assembly and is separate from the thermostatic cartridge inside the valve.
The override housing works with the temperature-control stop to help position and operate the shower valve temperature handle. On the documented pre-2009 Ultra Exact A3004 arrangement, the override button is positioned against the preset 38 degree C temperature stop. Check the valve model, age and shape of the existing control parts before ordering, as later valves using similar model codes can have different internal and external components.
