The Crosswater T5T346C is a chrome collar for the thermostatic cartridge area on selected Crosswater recessed thermostatic shower valve assemblies.
The collar forms part of the visible trim and control area around the thermostat cartridge position. It is used where the original chrome collar is missing, worn, damaged or tarnished and should be checked against the valve code before ordering.

Function and Checking Notes
This is a trim component rather than a thermostatic cartridge. It does not control temperature, flow or water shut-off. If the shower is difficult to regulate, runs too hot or cold, or will not stabilise, check the relevant thermostatic cartridge as well as the trim parts.
For valves that also use separate flow or diverter cartridges, water dripping from the shower head or spout when the shower is turned off can point to a worn flow or diverter cartridge rather than the chrome collar.
