Crosswater X2A044N-1-COL is a retaining nut collar for use with the Crosswater X2A044N-1 diverter cartridge assembly in selected Crosswater recessed thermostatic shower valves with diverter control.

This collar secures the diverter cartridge in position during refitting. It is useful when the original retaining nut collar is damaged, missing, worn or cannot be reused during cartridge replacement.

A failing diverter cartridge can cause stiff outlet changeover, dripping from one outlet while another is in use, or leakage when the valve is turned off. This retaining nut collar is not the cartridge itself; order the X2A044N-1 diverter cartridge separately if the internal cartridge also needs replacing.
