A960462NU Ideal Standard / Trevi 3/4 inch ceramic disc flow-control cartridge used to control the on/off water flow in selected shower valves, thermostatic bath and shower mixers, bath fillers, bath taps and side-valve assemblies. This cartridge turns anti-clockwise to open the water flow and clockwise to close.

This is a flow-control cartridge rather than a thermostatic temperature-control cartridge. A worn or damaged cartridge can cause stiff operation, difficulty shutting the water off fully or continued dripping from the shower head or bath spout when the control is turned off.
