Grohe 47658000 thermostatic cartridge 3/4" inch with reverse supplies and a non rising spindle.
This is a genuine Grohe cartridge.
If you shower isn't mixing the hot and cold water properly the part at fault is likely to be the thermostatic cartridge. Replacing the faulty 47658000 with a new one will likely fix the problem.
The Grohe 47658000 is a genuine 3/4 inch thermostatic cartridge for thermostatic shower and bath-shower mixer installations with reverse hot and cold water supplies. It uses a non-rising spindle and is designed to regulate the blend of hot and cold water to maintain the selected mixed-water temperature.
This reverse-supply thermoelement is intended for installations where the waterways are reversed rather than arranged in the standard configuration. In the documented Grohe Atrio application, this means hot water enters from the right and cold water from the left. Poor temperature regulation or a shower that no longer mixes hot and cold water correctly can indicate a worn or faulty thermostatic cartridge.

Before You Order Check
Confirm that the existing cartridge is Grohe 47658000 and that the valve has reverse hot and cold supplies. Do not select this cartridge from the 3/4 inch designation alone, as Grohe also uses different thermostatic cartridges for standard-supply and other reverse-supply valve applications. For maintenance of these installations, matching the original cartridge code and water-supply orientation is important when selecting Grohe spare parts.
Fitting Note
Isolate both hot and cold water supplies before removing the existing cartridge. Grohe service information for the documented Atrio installation specifies a 22mm open-ended spanner for removal of the thermoelement. Clean the cartridge chamber and lightly lubricate the cartridge O-rings with suitable silicone grease before installation. Where the valve uses a 38°C temperature setting, check and recalibrate the temperature control after servicing.
