- Remove the flow handle’s circular cover cap at the side of the bar shower or bath mixer. This can be done by hand or use a flat blade screwdriver to pop it out. Take extra care that the tool does not hurt the chrome finish.
- Use a screwdriver to undo the handle’s retaining screw. Remove the small washer together with the screw.
- Separate the flow handle from the valve and use an adjustable spanner to unscrew the faulty cartridge.
You can now proceed to replace the CG1210FA1 Crosswater flow cartridge of the Crosswater Kai EV1210EC or EV1211EC.
