The GROHE 47375IP0 is a chrome flow-control handle for selected Grohtherm 3000 and Grohtherm Auto 3000 thermostatic bath and shower mixers. It is fitted to the flow-control side of the mixer and operates the Aquadimmer mechanism used to control water flow and, on the relevant bath/shower mixer, outlet selection.
The handle works with the 47364000 Aquadimmer cartridge and associated 47376000 water flow adapter. The handle is an external operating component rather than the internal water-sealing cartridge. If the handle is damaged, loose or missing, the handle should be checked, while persistent dripping or water continuing to run after shut-off can indicate a fault with the 47364000 Aquadimmer cartridge behind it.
