The Hansgrohe 13964000 is a mixer ball used in selected Hansgrohe and AXOR mixers with ball mixing systems. It is specifically the version without a mouth spray connection and is used across a wide range of older basin, bidet, bath, shower and kitchen mixer constructions.
The mixer ball forms part of the internal mixing mechanism that responds to movement of the mixer control. Correct identification is important because Hansgrohe also produced different internal arrangements and a separate mixer ball for installations with a mouth spray connection.
