Before You Order

Check the mixer model, installation revision, existing button and finish. Choose the symbol cap that matches the connected outlet; changing the cap identifies the outlet but does not add another shower function. This kit supplies one operating button, so a multi-button control may require more than one kit when several complete buttons need replacing.

Fitting and Fault Checks

Follow the servicing instructions for the exact concealed mixer. Replacing the complete button involves access to its retaining arrangement behind the control mounting assembly; it should not be treated as a tool-free decorative cap change.

If water continues to drip from a shower outlet after it has been switched off, investigate the separate flow-control cartridge rather than assuming that a new external button will correct an internal shut-off fault. Temperature regulation is handled by a different component.
