The Vado HUB-002B-1/2 is a 1/2 inch on/off flow cartridge for controlling water flow in selected Vado Prima, Westbury and Zoo thermostatic shower valves.

This flow cartridge is operated by the shower valve handle to open and close the water supply to the outlet. It is normally replaced when the flow control no longer shuts off cleanly, the handle turns without reliable water control, or water continues to drip from the shower outlet when the valve is turned off.

Ordering and Fault Checking

Before fitting, isolate the water supply and remove the existing cartridge carefully so the body, thread, spline and sealing points can be checked against the new part. Do not order from valve size alone, as the separate 3/4 inch flow cartridge variant is a different Vado spare.
