Before Ordering
Check that the shower valve uses the PU100003XX thermostatic cartridge and that the required part is the temperature stop ring rather than the cartridge itself. If the shower has poor temperature control, unstable mixed water temperature or cannot be calibrated correctly, inspect the PU100003XX cartridge as well as the stop ring position. If water continues to drip from the shower head or outlet when the shower is turned off, check the flow cartridge, diverter cartridge and valve seals before assuming the stop ring is the cause.
