Before You Order
Confirm the valve identification before ordering rather than selecting the cartridge from its 3/4 inch designation or appearance alone. GROHE specifies the separate 47379000 thermostatic cartridge for reverse-supply versions of these valve arrangements, so the hot and cold supply configuration should also be checked before fitting.
Installation Note
Isolate the hot and cold water supplies before removing the existing cartridge. Clean the valve bore and apply a light coating of suitable silicone grease to the cartridge O-rings before installation to help the seals seat correctly and reduce friction.
