The Grohe 49081000 is a chrome shut-off and diverter valve handle for selected Grohtherm thermostatic mixer controls. It is the external operating handle used on the shut-off/diverter side of the valve rather than the thermostatic temperature cartridge.

This handle is used to turn the matching shut-off or diverter control. It is suitable when the existing handle is damaged, worn, missing or no longer gripping the control correctly, but it should not be ordered to resolve water passing through the outlet when the control is turned off, as that type of fault is normally linked to an internal valve cartridge rather than the handle alone.
