The Vola VR692K Ceramic Flow Cartridge (Hastings) - Hot Side is a hot-side quarter turn ceramic cartridge used in Vola mixer tap and stop-valve applications that use the S50H / S50DH hot ceramic stop valve arrangement.
This cartridge controls hot water flow through the ceramic disc mechanism and is used to restore smooth handle movement and shut-off on the hot side. Common signs of a worn flow cartridge include dripping from the spout or shower outlet when turned off, stiff operation, poor shut-off or uneven hot water flow.

Apply a suitable silicone grease to cartridge o-rings and seals where required during installation. Isolate the water supply before removing the old cartridge and test the tap or valve for smooth operation and full shut-off after refitting.
