Ideal Standard A961214NU Trevi 1/2 Inch Rubber Valve Internal Headwork is a 1/2 inch rubber valve headwork used on the flow control side of the Ideal Standard Trevi Alto EV A5985AA shower thermostat. It is the internal on/off flow-control part that works behind the operating handle to open and shut off the water flow through the shower valve.

This rubber valve headwork is used where the existing Ideal Standard / Trevi shower valve requires A961214NU, also shown in parts documentation as A 961 214 NU. A worn flow headwork can cause poor shut-off, stiff operation or water continuing to drip from the shower outlet when the shower is turned off.
