Dornbracht 0490032020090 Cartridge - Clockwise Open. The bottom of the cartridge now uses a black rubber instead of white as to meet European regulations. The cartridge now has a friction bearing for improved performance and user experience.

This Dornbracht clockwise open flow cartridge is used in selected 1/2 inch wall valve and volume control assemblies. It is sold under code 0490032020090 and is also associated with code 9090032020090.

The cartridge controls on and off water flow within the valve and restores correct shut-off when the original internal seals or ceramic mechanism have worn. A common symptom of failure is water continuing to drip from the shower head or spout after the valve is turned off.
