Crosswater CGPRO2500D is a 3 way diverter cartridge used in selected Crosswater concealed thermostatic shower valves. It directs the water path between outlets within the valve and is used on verified 2500 series shower valve assemblies.
You will receive the CGPRO2500D as per the photos however the white seals at the bottom are now black.
When the original diverter cartridge is worn or scaled, common symptoms include stiff turning, poor outlet selection, water flowing to the wrong outlet, or water passing to more than one outlet at the same time. Replacing the diverter cartridge helps restore proper switching between outlets.
