SUMMARY
Crosswater CGPRO2500D is a 3 way diverter cartridge used in selected Crosswater concealed thermostatic shower valves with 3 outlet diverter operation. The cartridge controls the internal water path and switches flow between the available shower outlets.
When the original diverter cartridge is worn or scaled, common symptoms can include stiff turning, poor outlet selection, water flowing to the wrong outlet, water passing to more than one outlet at the same time, or water dripping from a shower head or outlet when the shower is turned off. Replacing the diverter cartridge helps restore correct outlet selection where the rest of the valve is serviceable.
