Vado CUC-VALVE/CL-1/2 1/2 Inch Cold Ceramic Disc Valve Only to Suit CUC-1060 and CUC-1061
SUMMARY
Vado CUC-VALVE/CL-1/2 is a cold-side ceramic disc valve for selected Vado twin-handle kitchen taps. It is used to control cold water flow and shut-off, and is fitted in the tap body behind the cold handle on CUC-1060-C/P and CUC-1061-C/P models.
Older VADO literature identifies the cold valve as CUC-VALVE/CL-1/2, while current literature for the same fitted taps lists the cold-side spare as C-502-RTC. This makes careful checking of the removed valve important before ordering.
A worn cold ceramic disc valve can cause dripping from the spout, stiffness when turning the handle, or difficulty shutting the cold water off fully.
