Vado CEL-1/TEMP-C/P Celsius Temperature Control Handle Chrome for Thermostatic Shower Valves
SUMMARY
The Vado CEL-1/TEMP-C/P is a chrome Celsius temperature control handle for selected Vado Celsius and Celcius thermostatic shower valves. It is used to operate the temperature side of the shower valve and restore the external control where the original handle is worn loose damaged scaled or cosmetically marked.
The handle is made from chrome finished stainless steel and includes the 38 degrees Celsius marker with a spring operated safety button. It is designed for cartridge spindle heads with 20 teeth and an approximate 7.5mm diameter but the valve model and original handle should still be checked before ordering.

Before Ordering
- - Check the valve code and compare the original handle shape spindle tooth count and retaining screw position before ordering.
- - Do not order from spindle diameter alone because similar Vado handles and cartridges can use different spline counts or cartridge layouts.
Fitting Note
To remove the old temperature handle unscrew the lever by hand loosen the grub screw beneath the lever with a hex key press the spring operated button and withdraw the handle. Avoid moving the cartridge splines. Fit the replacement with the button positioned at 12 o'clock then tighten the grub screw and refit the lever.
