The Meynell SPSL0003J sleeve assembly is a replacement sleeve assembly for selected Mira and Meynell mixer shower temperature-control assemblies. This is not a complete thermostatic cartridge, so it should be ordered only when the existing sleeve assembly or the valve spares diagram confirms SPSL0003J is the required part.

The sleeve works with the associated head and thermostatic element parts in the shower valve control assembly. It is used during repair of the internal thermostatic control section, helping restore correct assembly condition when the existing sleeve is worn, damaged or being serviced alongside the element and head assembly.
