Selection and Verification

Before ordering, verify that your shower or mixer valve is coded WLBP+ (2013 onward) or that its spare-parts documentation lists CA43-102 (or older reference CA43-29 / CA43-59) for the thermostat cartridge. Crosswater uses different cartridge types in older or alternative valve families; correct match is essential for safe operation.

When Replacement Is Recommended
