Summary
Hansgrohe 25937000 PHARO Shower Panel Shut-Off and Changeover Cartridge
The Hansgrohe 25937000 is an internal shut-off and changeover cartridge for selected PHARO shower panels and shower temples. Hansgrohe identifies the part as a shut-off/changeover insert, while the PHARO Prestige M20 spare-parts diagram describes it as the cartridge on/off control.
The cartridge controls the water flow and changes between the available shower functions or outlets. A worn or restricted cartridge can cause a stiff control, failure to select the required outlet, failure to shut off the flow, or water continuing to drip or pass from a shower head or outlet after the control has been turned off.

Before Ordering
- Confirm the complete shower-panel article number and construction period before ordering.
- Compare the code on the removed cartridge with 25937000 because later Prestige configurations can use a different control cartridge.
- Do not select the cartridge from its appearance or the Prestige range name alone.
- Isolate the hot and cold water supplies before dismantling the shower panel.
