GROHE 46753000 is a metal operating lever with a StarLight Chrome finish for the specified Concetto single-lever basin and bidet mixers. It is the external tap handle, separate from the internal ceramic mixing cartridge.

Compare the handle fixing and cartridge connection, rather than relying on the Concetto name or chrome finish alone. A mixer using the same cartridge does not necessarily use the same operating handle. Cartridge dimensions must not be treated as handle dimensions.

Servicing Note

A damaged lever and a worn cartridge are different faults. Persistent dripping from the spout when the tap is turned off can require attention to the cartridge; fitting a new handle does not renew the cartridge's internal seals. Follow the servicing instructions for the exact mixer, protect the chrome finish and inspect the handle fixing and cartridge connection before fitting.
