E960738AA T-Valve Repair

E960566NU provides the internal cartridge used to repair the discontinued E960738AA complete chrome T-valve. It is not a complete-assembly replacement and should not be ordered where the external T-body or complete chrome valve assembly is required.

Before Ordering

Confirm that the fault is with the Moonshadow in-line flow control rather than the separate temperature-control valve. Check the shower kit or assembly code and compare the existing cartridge with the product photographs and measurements. A matching diameter alone does not establish fitment, and the Ascari name alone is not sufficient to identify the required cartridge.

Fitting and Fault Checking

Isolate the water supplies before dismantling the valve. Check the cartridge seating area and seals for debris or damage, and use suitable silicone grease on the seals during installation. After reassembly, restore the water supply and check operation, shut-off and connections for leaks. A temperature-only fault requires separate investigation rather than automatic replacement of this flow cartridge.
