Frequently Asked Questions: Crosswater SPACW0005
Question: Should I get a new cartridge when the shower is dripping from the on/off handle?
Answer: If the shower valve has no deteriorated parts the cartridge might be the source of the leak. Replacing it is the likely solution.
Replacement tip: Apply plumber’s silicone grease on the O-rings of the replacement Crosswater SPACW0005 to help protect the rubber rings from friction and pinching.
Question: Can you tell me what showers the SPACW0005 will fit in?
Answer: The SPACW0005 is suitable for the Crosswater Alvero and the Bathstore Blade. It can also fit a lot more concealed shower valves. Please send us photo of the valve or cartridge you need. We will be more than happy to help you identify the Crosswater spare part you need.
