SUMMARY

Samuel Heath VS56044 is a ceramic disc flow cartridge supplied as a compatible spare for selected deck mounted bath / shower mixer and tub / shower mixer assemblies.

It is the anti-clockwise closing valve shown as item 2a in the Samuel Heath V630 and V630-A spares information and it is used to open and shut water flow on one side of the mixer.

A worn flow cartridge can cause stiff operation, difficulty shutting the water off fully, or water continuing to drip from the spout or handset after the control is turned off.
