The Crosswater X2A035N-H is a 3/4 inch screw-in flow cartridge for the front-facing on/off controls of the SC531WC RV exposed multifunction shower and Crosswater Multifunction Valve with Rainbar.

The cartridge opens anti-clockwise through a quarter turn to control the water flow. A worn or damaged flow cartridge can allow water to keep dripping from the shower head after the control has been turned off. Temperature regulation is handled by a separate thermostatic cartridge.

This cartridge is for the front-facing flow controls and is not suitable for the side control supplying the handset. Compare the original cartridge's code, shape, length, connection, spline and opening direction before ordering. A matching diameter alone does not confirm fitment.

Fitting

Isolate the water supplies before removing the cartridge. Apply a thin coating of suitable silicone grease to the O-rings during fitting to help prevent the seals from twisting or becoming damaged.
