AVILION Flow Cartridge - Cold Side (AK92Q38)

The AVILION AK92Q38 is a cold-side flow cartridge for use where the installed shower valve or fitting requires part code AK92Q38.

This cartridge controls on and off water flow on the cold side. A worn flow cartridge can cause stiff operation, poor shut-off or water continuing to drip from the shower head or outlet after the control is turned off.

Check the part code, side orientation, spline connection, thread and full cartridge dimensions against the cartridge being removed before ordering. Do not choose this cartridge from diameter or spline count alone.

Installation Note

Isolate the water supply before removing the old cartridge. Apply a suitable silicone grease to the o-ring and lower seal during installation to help the cartridge seat correctly and protect the seals.
