Armitage Shanks (Ideal Standard) A963317NU is a 1/2 inch conventional rubber valve internal headwork used to control and shut off water flow in selected Armitage Shanks and Ideal Standard dual-control taps, kitchen mixers, bath mixers and shower mixers.
This is a screw-down compression-type headwork rather than a ceramic quarter-turn cartridge. A worn sealing mechanism can cause water to continue dripping from the tap spout or shower outlet when the control is turned off, or prevent the valve from shutting off cleanly.
