Ideal Standard A962480NU is a concealed Easy-Box stop and diverter cartridge used in selected built-in thermostatic bath and shower valves. It is the function selector that routes water between two outlets and it is a separate part from the thermostatic temperature cartridge.
Function
This cartridge is used where the valve has a 2-outlet diverter arrangement. A worn diverter can cause stiff or loose outlet selection, failure to switch cleanly between outlets, or water passing to the wrong outlet.
