Franke Bridge Valve for Lever Handle Model - 133.0069.365 Compatible Cold Side Kitchen Tap Cartridge. If you have the version of the Franke Bridge tap that has a tradition cross section head then you will need a different cartridge.

Franke Bridge Lever Tap Cartridge: Cold Valve Compatible Insert Installation

Please shut off water supplies leading to the tap before starting the fitting process.

1. Use an Allen key to remove the grub screw. The screw is located at the back of the handle opposite the lever.

2. Lift the handle to remove it. (The handle might be hard to remove if corrosion or hardened debris is present. You can use extra force while removing it or use a loosening agent such as WD-40.)

3. Remove the cartridge cap/shroud by turning it anti-clockwise. This can be done by hand.

4. Use an adjustable spanner to remove the cartridge. Turn the spanner anti-clockwise to undo the threads.

5. Apply silicone grease on the O-ring of the replacement Franke Bridge Lever tap cartridge (133.0069.364). Sit it in the valve and tighten the threads. (You can see a selection of silicone grease for plumbing at the section below.)

6. Reassemble the cartridge cap and the handle.
