Bristan Echo Easyfit kitchen tap valve cartridge BR-EC029 is a cold side 1/2 inch screw-in ceramic disc compatible cartridge for Bristan Echo Easyfit sink mixer taps. It is used to restore cold-side tap control where the original cartridge is worn seized or no longer shutting the water off correctly.
This cartridge is listed for the cold side and is anti-clockwise open. A common sign of a worn ceramic disc tap valve is water dripping from the spout when the tap is turned off, stiff handle movement or poor shut-off from the cold side. Check the side, opening direction, thread and handle connection against the removed cartridge before ordering.
