Hot Tub and Spa Pump Overview: LX WP200-II

The LX WP200-II is a post 2008 water circulation pump. It can be used in some of the latest spas, baths and hot tubs equipped with a 2 HP and dual speed pumps.

The mechanical shaft seal of the LX WP200-II can be replaced when there are leaks originating from the seal. A pump older than 3 years can be replaced in its entirety as some parts may have worn out.

The specifications of WP200-II LX pump are given above and in the 3rd photo in the gallery. The connection diameter is 79mm and union connection is 20”. For a 2-inch plumbing connection. The frame size of this Type A pump is 56 Frame. It has a wet end for the impeller and a dry end for the motor.

LX WP200-II can be the replacement pump for some systems such as Sundance and Jacuzzi. It can be used as a replacement for a faulty Theramax water circulation pump.
