The GROHE 46056000 is a bath and shower mixer diverter cartridge used to route mixed water between the bath outlet and shower outlet in specified GROHE mixer assemblies.
The diverter operates inside the mixer body and is controlled by the external diverter control. Wear, scale or internal contamination can cause stiff switching, incomplete diversion or unwanted water from the outlet that is not selected. Persistent dripping from the shower head or bath spout when the mixer is turned off can also indicate diverter wear, although brief residual drainage immediately after use can be normal.
