This ELS.OTTCAV wax thermostatic element is for the Inta S.OTTCAV thermostatic cartridge used in the Inta 10019CP Leisure Thermostatic Shower Valve. It is the wax thermostat component for the cartridge, not the complete S.OTTCAV cartridge assembly.
The wax thermostatic element helps the cartridge regulate shower temperature by reacting to changes in the incoming hot and cold water supplies. A worn or failed thermostatic element can contribute to unstable temperature control, reduced temperature response or difficulty maintaining the selected shower temperature.
