The Ultra ZSPSBARCA07 thermostatic cartridge is a temperature-control cartridge for selected Hudson Reed and Ultra thermostatic bar shower valves. It is used inside the shower valve body to regulate blended water temperature and help restore stable thermostatic control when the original cartridge is worn or no longer responding correctly.
This supplied item is the new version of the ZSPSBARCA07 cartridge and is not chrome. Check the part code and valve model before ordering, especially where the shower has similar external styling to other Hudson Reed or Ultra bar valves.

Installation and Ordering Notes
- - Isolate the water supply before removing the cartridge from the shower valve.
- - Apply a suitable silicone grease to the cartridge O-rings during installation to help protect the seals and support smooth insertion into the valve body.
- - If the shower is also difficult to turn on or off, or water continues to pass when the valve is closed, check the flow cartridge as well as the thermostatic cartridge.
- - If you are not sure which cartridge is fitted, compare the full cartridge shape and the ZSPSBARCA07 part code rather than ordering from overall length alone.
