SUMMARY
This thermostatic cartridge is a compatible spare for the temperature control side of the Toolstation 11136, 24029 and 71470 exposed shower valve range. These showers are sold as the HighLife Spey 2, Nairn 2 and Orkney 2 models and correspond to HighLife manufacturer IDs 13117, 13118 and 13126.
It controls and stabilises mixed water temperature within the exposed twin outlet bar shower valve. A worn thermostatic cartridge can cause drifting temperature, poor temperature control, loss of the safety stop or difficulty selecting and holding a comfortable showering temperature.
