Thermostatic Cartridge Repair / Reconditioning Service

This is a thermostatic cartridge repair / reconditioning service. Before placing the order, please contact us with some good photos of the thermostatic cartridge you have to ensure it is a cartridge we are able to service. This service is ideal for shower cartridges which have been discontinued by the manufacturer.

Details about the cartridge repair servicing can be found below:

1. The reconditioning / refurbishment cost for a thermostatic cartridge is as advertised above.
2. If the cartridge requires replacement of the internal operational parts (such as the thermostatic element) then an additional £30 will be charged to include labour. If this is required you will be informed before commencement of work.
3. We cannot guarantee that the cartridge will be unscratched/undamaged during the reconditioning process. The body and components of the cartridge may have deteriorated to the point whereby it cannot handle the forces applied which are required to disassemble the cartridge. As the thermostatic cartridge is discontinued it is possible that a part could be broken during this stage which is no longer replaceable, thereby rendering the thermostatic cartridge unusable. Di Vapor takes no responsibility for any parts which are broken or scratched during the reconditioning / refurb and by sending us the thermostatic cartridge you agree to and understand the risks involved.
4. The reconditioning comes with a 90 day guarantee. If the reconditioning is unsuccessful, a full refund will be issued.
5. Typical turnaround time for the reconditioning works is 7 days from when the cartridge arrives to the Di Vapor office. The cartridge should be shipped using a tracked service.
6. Di Vapor accepts no responsibility for any replacement or reparatory costs incurred for the removal or installation of the cartridge.
